Dear All, Datatech has the following requirement, Statistical Analyst South to 45K plus Benefits A pre-eminent, research based pharmaceutical company, are currently looking to recruit a Clinical Statistical Analyst to assist in the development of data analysis plans and a report database, for analysing clinical trials. Working in close correlation with statistical colleagues, physicians, medical and paramedical staff, the successful candidate will be required to assist in - and eventually become accountable for - the authoring and selection of appropriate statistical data analysis protocols. You will additionally be expected to collaborate with management in the implementation of data quality assurance plans, and to keep abreast of current SAS programming and statistical methodology developments, in order to effectively justify outline plans, and peer-review colleagues' data when required. Your communicational skills will be employed to ensure: effective liaison with team members during the course of your reports compositions; the provision of auxiliary support to the delivery of study results - via regulatory submissions, manuscripts and oral, group presentations - and presentations at scientific and therapeutic oriented meetings; and provide query responses for regulators. Additional responsibilities will include the motivation to increase your familiarity with disease states, in order to enable more effective customer services, and will perform your duties to within both international and departmental procedural regulations. Boasting an M.Sc or Ph.D (or demonstrating commensurable experience) in statistics, biostatistics, or computer science, the successful candidate must hold at least one years statistical analysis experience, with advanced SAS skills. Proficiency in SAS programming must be coupled with formidable intercommunication and leadership skills, and the ability to utilise independence and initiative in the furtherance of your own knowledge base.
