Keith,

We were lucky in that our computing people helped us with the initial file checking.  Our main problems have been that the files have been in different formats each time and that the 3pm deadline has been quite difficult during our main enrolment period.  Having said that, the numbers of students affected was quite small and we have had only 2 queries from students listed in the files who have experienced significant delays
