Dear all, I had booked to go to the ECS Conference, but am no longer able to attend. Myself and two friends had booked a three-person room at the hotel, and so there is now a spare bed available in that room. The room is reserved for five nights between the 27th March and 1st April. I had also booked lunches and dinners at the hotel between those dates, and transfers from the airport (though these are optional extras). The cost for all of this (room, meals and transfer) came to 2910 SEK which is about £225. The cost for the room only would be 1950 SEK (or £152). Ideally I would be looking for a female to take the extra space, because the other two people in the room are both female (and they are both nice by the way!). I also have a flight booked through Ryanair - leaving London at 12:30 on the 27th March and returning from Stockholm at 16:05 on the 1st April. It is possible to change the name of the passenger, so if anyone would like to take this flight off me (cost £85 incl. tax etc), then please contact me.
