I wrote to the RCN as I hadn't seen any job profiles for OH Nurses on their website. The advice that came from their Employment Relations Department was that the majority of OH posts will have to be job evaluated locally with the resulting profiles produced. This was because there were such big variations in OH roles at Hospital Trust level across the country.
