Hello, What we have are rich CILIP councillors making policy for other rich CILIP coucillors in a sector where low pay is an issue. Some low earners will be paying more. CILIP members can already join at a lower income band than their salary. I think you will find more people joining at the new proposed low income, even if they are not, simply as a protest. CILIP cannot check on this due to data protection. It all kind of falls apart at this point. Of course, some will be withdrawing their membership. Neil
