Dear FSL gurus (esp Mark J!), I have had some problems with phase unwrapping of complex data from our GE scanner. In a time series of images, I am often finding unwrapped phase images that seem to have a very different relative scaling to the rest. However, on looking at the underlying real and imaginary and wrapped phase images, there is no indication of a real change in the acquired image intensity. It should be noted that this is single slice data from a phantom. Is there some sort of scaling option in prelude that I am not using correctly? Thanks, Gaby
