I am attempting to register two time series volumes using FLIRT. I initially used avwmerge -t to combine my volumes (192KB each) into one file. This gave me a .img of about 65MB. Following that I ran BET and got a good extraction. However after I run the registration (6 dof) on the file it returns three files as expected but it has given me a .img that is only 192KB. Which is equivalent to the size of one of the volumes previously merged together. Is this normal or is there something I missed. Thanks in advance for the help. Dave
