Dear all, The International Society of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ISSMGE) and the British member society, the British Geotechnical Association (BGA), are pleased to call for abstracts of papers for the Fifth International Congress on Environmental Geotechnics will be held between the 26th and 30th June 2006 in Cardiff, Wales, UK. The congress will have as its major theme, Opportunities, Challenges And Responsibilities For Environmental Geotechnics. The conference will feature a number of distinguished guest speakers on selected topics of current interest and contributed papers selected from those submitted to the conference.
