I wonder if you could help me. We have our first FoI Project Board meeting
this Friday and I would like to table some Terms of Reference.
We already have a DP/FoI Working Group, but envisage the Project Board
doing other things at a more strategic level.
Does anyone have any sample ToR they would be willing to share with me so I
have something to go on. The subject of FoI has just not hit the mark
here, and I'm struggling for buy-in from senior managers and.
