Dear Colleagues I am currently investigating HPLC methods for the detection of S adenosylmethionine for the detection of active Pneumocystis Carinii infection in immunosuppressed patients undergoing chemotherapy. I did find a very brief reference by S Merali et al in the J Biological Chemistry 1999 vol 275 no 20 ppp14958-14963. But wpould like to review some alternatives if possible. Have any of you developed a spectrophotemetric HPLC method that you would be willing to share information on Thanks in anticipation John O'Connor ------ACB discussion List Information-------- This is an open discussion list for the academic and clinical community working in clinical biochemistry.
