This year's conference will focus on improving access to and the quality
of drug and alcohol services for so-called 'hard to reach groups'
including: young people; the elderly; people from BME communities;
lesbians, gay men, bisexuals and transgendered people; people with
disabilities; and women with children. Speakers include: Home Office
