Dear Lis-pub-libs people,

To save us (Norfolk County Library & Information Service) having to
re-invent a wheel, is there anybody who has written any guidelines for
the public on how to change basic Windows accessibility settings within
the Control Panel that they would be willing to share with us?

We are hoping to produce guides for changing keyboard, mouse and display
properties, and the accessibility options, specifically for Windows
2000, and anything that will save us time would be most welcome.

Many thanks

Paul Harrison / John Thompson
