This course is for those who undertake
some training work as part
of their duties, but on an irregular or occasional basis. It will be held

managing the training environment
* how to facilitate group
and pair work
* peer teaching
* presentation techniques
* learner styles
* handling feedback
* planning an effective
training session.
By the end of the day delegates will
* have learnt techniques
for facilitating peer and group work
* have practised different
presentation methods
* have learnt about pacing
training, including icebreakers,
warmers
and linking exercises
* have an insight into
methodologies for facilitating learning
