As this is not a national target or nationally = gathered figure I am under the impression that trusts set this figure = locally. I have been talking with South Tyneside Trust where the A&E = consultants have set their local figure at 5%. Have any such discussions = been held and a level set within Doncaster and Bassetlaw?
