HEFCE funding - FDTL phase five Invitation to bid for funds under phase five of the Fund for the Development of Teaching and Learning. This document describes the timetable and funding arrangements for phase five of the Fund for the Development of Teaching and Learning (FDTL5). FDTL5 will cover the 11 subject areas assessed by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education between October 2000 and September 2001.
