I now have quite a few people willing to join the working group. Some off list as well. Some have specified willingness to participate by e-mail only. I think that some meetings will be necessary though. I shall try to convene a meeting in the not too distant future and we shall e-mail the results of the discussion to those who only want to participate by e-mail and ask for their views in that way.
