Subject: Information Audit (Apologies for cross-posts)

Can anyone point me to useful resources on how one might conduct an
information audit? I am looking at a fairly "lite" activity designed to
give basic information without requiring great effort on the part of those
completing it. (The 80:20 rule is paramount).

I am seeking very practical guidance; draft forms and specimen questions
welcomed!

Thanks in advance.
