This is a call to anyone who attended the HCI 2003 conference at Bath
University a couple of weeks ago. I'm hoping to cover as much as
possible of the conference in Interfaces 57 (deadline: 15th October) so
I need your help in writing reports/reviews/articles on the conference.

You can write from various angles, including (but not limited to!):
* a straight report on the content of one or more sessions
* a review (including your opinions) of one or more sessions, of the
social programme, or of the conference as a whole
* a standalone article that considers some of issues and themes raised
in sessions at the conference, eg task analysis, ethnography in
industry, accessibility, eye-tracking and usability, user-centred design
in organisations, the list goes on....
* a short summary of your own presentation
* a follow-up piece on something that you or someone else presented at
the conference
* a report or an extended version of a report that you have already
submitted (or are planning to submit) to UsabilityNews.com (Ann won't
mind, I promise!)

I'd like to cover a mix of sessions types, including tutorials,
workshops, keynote presentations, conference sessions, industry day
sessions, posters, interactive experiences, and social events.

Articles should be about 300-500 words (which is about half a page in
Interfaces) and please send photos/illustrations if you can. You are
welcome to write longer articles but please email me first. Feel free to
email me also if you have any questions about any of this.

Thanks,

Laura Cowen
