Dear Colleague A 'commemorative' conference will be held at the LSE on September 23rd - for the late Professor Richard Titmuss, who died thirty years ago. A series of speakers and panellists - with active discussion - will consider the Titmuss 'legacy'. We would welcome attendance and participation by all those interested in the continuance of his ideas and appraisal of their impact on social welfare thinking.
