Dear Patricia, You can follow using NVivo, I am able to use this software without problems with spanish text, is only a character set problem, ANSI-ASCII? Your PC is using a set that do not allow special characters, but you can solve this easily, just allow your PC to support them. As we do not know your PC configuration we are not able to extend this answer, ask your computer expert or tell us more information.
