Honestly folks! Lorna goes away for a week, leaving strict instructions,
namely:

"Now children , I'm well aware that you can make up all sorts
of entertaining acronyms with the letters U K C F M and E so do try to
be sensible......"

... and what do you do? Start throwing chalk dusters round the room and
putting sharp tacks on people's chairs.

We're well aware that Andy Powell started this. When she gets back, we
may need to keep him in after class. ;-)

On a slightly more sensible note, I think maybe UK LOM, for all it's
obvious simplicity, may not be a starter; wouldn't it have
copy-right-ish implications to do with claiming that it's our very own
"LOM"?

I quite like UK APLOM. Then we can go around saying "We're using APLOM"
at conferences and things.

Sarah :-)
