I could not agree more.
The other point is that it is alright ot have a
strategy/policy but the employee just wants to know their part of it and how
easy it is to do. There are those who will argue the point that all
employees should be aware of the policy but do they need to know every
detail?
Should we be starting from the bottom up instead of
the top down as tradition demands? Now there is a thought :-)
