The spirit world?  Well everything is communicated by thought.   Only
those
who feel the need to keep a physical form do so.   You must take account
of
your dreams, and separate the parts which can be psychoanalyzed from the
parts where your spirit is visiting the spirit world.   Takes some time
but
you'll get there.   If you want to :-)   When you do get there much will
be
familiar to you.
