Key issues to be explored include Resourcešs work in developing a workforce strategy, the workforce issues being identified by a Regional Agency, skills, leadership, and comparisons with archives and museums. Target audience: library and information managers across the sectors, Regional Agencies, government bodies, library schools, and independent consultants. Opportunities for discussion and debate are built in throughout the day.
