italian-studies: Scholarly discussions in any field of Italian studies 'L'eterno fascismo degli italiani' - I have now come across this expression a couple of times, if not more. The first time was in Cristo si è fermato a Eboli but now I can no longer trace references to the others - I think somewhere in either Sciascia or Eco.
