  I remember seeing the article (I live in Toronto),
but I didn't pay too much attention to it. I would have written the author,
 if a e-mail address was mentioned. But I wouldn't waste my time with the paper itself
as  I don't supspect they  give rootin toot when some of their
readership takes offense to the paper's portrayal of  disabled
peopkle. The paper is about as mainstream as it gets.
