Dear Tom,

i'm not with you in this specific question.
The nitty-gritty IS relevant to the entire DC community,
as these terms will eventually show up in RDF Schema declaring
DC vocabulary.

Understanding DC (at a given point of time) as a semantic extension of RDF (maybe)
will require to include dcu from that time on.


Of course dcu vocabulary will also be used in RDF instance data by third party.
How you will block that - if you want to?

As dcu has an xml-namespace URI third party can also create XML schema for
that namespace.
