Hello, I need some help again. COM(93)28 "Report of the implementation of directive 85/337/EEC on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment". On this document it says volume 7. What does this mean? Is this just report no. 7, if so where can I find the other reports? In ECLAS I found that there is a report from EIA Centre Manchester from 1991 by Norman Lee on the same subject which in two volumes contain 4 volumes. Could this be some of the previous volumes?
