I have been asked to give a source for the often quoted general ratio of disabled to non-disabled people as one in four . Can anyone help me with a reference? I am assuming this ratio to be broadly representative of the ratio in many countries ( for my purposes I need only the broadest rule of thumb -one in five would be close enough), but I am especially interested in sources from UK or New Zealand.
