I wonder if anyone at Man U is going to own up to possibly the most famous but worst piece of wound closure seen on our newspaper front pages. I think those crossed paper stitches are dreadful. I was always thought that steris should lie at right angles to the wound. Why use them like this? We need to know the names of the guilty. I am available for expert advice and a report would be most reasonably priced.
