Can someone clarify for me when Commission Notices
come into effect - are they valid as soon as they are published.
The Notice on agreements of minor importance which
do not appreciably restrict competition... Ref. 2001/C368/07 is
still listed under Preparatory documents on Eur-Lex. Does this mean it is not
applicable yet?
