The following is a mail I sent to RDF-IG about an idea of how to help deal
with this. Since the subject came up here I'll mention it here to. Comments
on it should probably go to RDF-IG or myself though:

Subject: Resource and Representation Relationship Vocabulary

Okay this is in a *very* early stage. But I wonder what people think of the
idea of the schema at http://www.spin.ie/jon/rep/rep.xml?

Summary: Define relationships between resources and representations,
allowing the two to be better described and preventing the descriptions of
each being muddled.

As an aside this document shows another way of combining RDF and HTML, as
well as answering "what can RDF/XML do that n3 can't?" as it is an RDF/XML
document with an XSL transform producing the HTML.

I'll have a plain HTML version up soon for anyone who can't read this
