RE: Council decision 1958

In addition to the references sent by Avis, you can find an English version of the list of arms covered by the decision in the Official Journal C364 E/2001 in the form of a Council reply to a Parliamentary question.  This covers the most of the text of the decision as does the UK site.

http://europa.eu.int/eur-lex/pri/en/oj/dat/2001/ce364/ce36420011220en00850086.pdf.

I have the full text of the unpublished decision in French.  I will send it in a separate e-mail to avoid clogging the list server.

Subject: Council decision 1958

I am trying to get hold of a Council decision made on 15 April 1958 in connection with Article 223(now 296) of the EC Treaty but have been unable to locate an OJ reference (assuming it was published) Does anyone have a reference tool which might help - Celex hasn't turned it up. We have the microfiche OJ for the period. Many thanks in advance Jim Murrell Senior Researcher S.J.Berwin
