Hi, In a medieval assemblage from Hereford recently examined a sheep humerus was found with a foramen supratrochleare. I have only seen this in sheep once before. Both bones were definitely sheep and not pig or dog. Does anyone have any observations? Ian Baxter Consultant Archaeozoologist
