Hi, There are various programs out there; you could try http://www.mrc-cbu.cam.ac.uk/Imaging/pvconv.html which is a fairly comprehensive command line utility, or: http://www.cla.sc.edu/psyc/faculty/rorden/bru2anz.html which has a much nicer GUI.
