Dear David,

I worked for the OU as part-time tutor/AL for nearly 30 years, until I
resigned in disgust last year - due to the miserable new pay rate
they were proposing, which would have meant a 25% cut in my pay
and more work to do. I tutored S328 Ecology. So, try me on your
question - though it doesn't guarantee that I'll be able to answer it!
