UNCTAD is organising a conference about ICT and transport, which will be held in Rio de Janeiro, Nov.25-27^th 2003. I thought it might be of interest to some of you. Languages will be English, Spanish and Portuguese.

 

ANNEX 3 in English explains what the conference is about and ANNEX 1 is the program for the conference.
