Dear All Africa Science - new ways with an old harvest Monday 30 June at 6.30pm The Africa Centre, 38 King Street, Covent Garden, London WC2 Come along to the Africa Centre in Covent Garden to meet Dr Gyebi Duodu of the University of Pretoria and Peter Belton of the University of East Anglia. Gyebi and Peter are experts in the increasingly important field of food engineering and have been using traditional and modern technologies to produce valuable products from the humble sorghum plant. In this specially organised Royal Society/Africa Centre event, Gyebi and Peter will discuss their research, how they came to work together and their vision for the future of science in Africa.
