First of all, my name is Rebecca. Second of all, I am an American
so I cannot claim any part of blame for this joke (which you try to pass off to the Brits). Thirdly, The Drunken Boat is an internet magazine not a press. Fourthly, it takes its name from Rimbaud's "Le bateau ivre" and is not in any other sense "drunken." And, lastly, you make any number of disrepectful and false assumptions (see the first four points)
including telling me what I should find worthy of celebration in you. You might begin by respecting others and not presuming upon their names, their nationality, their work, or telling them what they should find humorous and celebrate. It's no wonder you are in favor of salting Carthage.
