I usually say "here it comes" just before delivering, eg, a nonsense word, to make sure everybody is absolutely poised. This morning I was stifling my unruly digestion to the point where I felt I had to apologise. It came out like this: "Do excuse my breakfast. Here it comes". Collapse of class. We just couldn't finish the hour.
