I work at Corus (steelmaking) in Scunthorpe, and we are currently revising and updating our policies and procedures on wound care and appropriate dressings. Obviously, we want this to be evidence-based so that we come in line with best practice (if we are not already!!). I am having surprising difficulty locating resources and wonder if anyone could suggest a good starting point for some research. Thanks in anticipation.
