I installed several weeks ago SpamPal. It is a very small program, free and easy to install, with a black list and a white list for senders. One week after installing it, all the spam mail goes directly to the "deleted items" folder of outlook express. If you select in Outlook the option "free deleted item folder" when you close outlook never you will see span again.
