I didn't know have an answer. Presumably there would be an effect on ground water levels and the mines in the area all around the "doubled-in-size" reservoir, including those that lie south towards Llanidloes and north towards Dylife. I've been a bit hermit-like this last few months; have we or NAMHO or any such like been involved in consultations? Yours concerned, Steve Gray
