These projects are longitudinal in nature > and will focus on the interplay between environment, lifestyle and human > reproduction and development. The successful applicant will be expected to > assist the Branch investigators in the completion of epidemiologic studies > focusing on reproductive and perinatal outcomes by assisting in the > development and monitoring of study protocols, preparing and maintaining IRB > applications and assurances, assisting in data management and analysis, and > preparation of scientific manuscripts and presentations. > > Intramural Staff Scientists at the National Institutes of Health are > expected to have sophisticated epidemiologic research knowledge and skills > to function independently under the general direction of a senior > investigator. > > Qualifications include a doctorate in epidemiology or a closely related > field and additional years of postdoctoral experience relevant to the > position or an equivalent combination of training and specialized > experience. Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated > expertise in reproductive or perinatal epidemiology and/or longitudinal > analysis as evidenced by publications in the field. Salary commensurate > with experience within a range of $66,000 - $115,000.
