All, The JISC's Technical Advisory Service for Images is running the following workshops in August: - IMAGE CAPTURE - ADVANCED - Thursday 14th August A practical workshop for those who have digitisation experience, but want to deepen their knowledge, extend their skill set, and produce better quality digital images. Covers such issues as calibration, colour management (including gamut, colour space and ICC profiles), and advanced optimisation using histograms, levels and curves. - DIGITAL RIGHTS MANAGEMENT - Practical Approaches to Securing and Protecting Copyright - Wednesday 13th August Both sides of the coin: ensuring that you have the right to put your images online and protecting those images from copyright infringement by others.
