Apologies for cross posting.
 
Can anybody refer to to a site where I can find guidelines about the management of women who refuse blood transfusions but are undergoing procedures where they require transfusions? I need a guideline specific to the UK.
 
I've looked at the NGC - National Guideline Clearinghouse (www.guideline.gov)and on MEDLINE but have yet not found any relevant publications.
 
Any help would be much appreciated.
