The planning will be finalised at a meeting next Tuesday but I can certainly confirm now that The exchange of experience on portals in INNOPAC libraries is going ahead It will be on June 6th It will be at University of Leeds I think the start time is likely to be 10.30 registration and coffee with 11.00 start of the real business which seemed to be a time when the majority of people could make it on the day It will be very helpful I am sure if people proposing to attend can bring any documentation, specifications, wish lists, notes on products which they have produced and are willing to share. Full details will follow next week but I think travel and other arrangements could be made now, though it would be better if you can delay until we can confirm the programme in the middle of next week. So far around 25 people are expected from Leeds, Warwick, Luton, Stirling possibly, Durham, Sheffield Hallam, Bangor, Senate House, Wellcome, SOAS, South Bank possibly, Liverpool and St Andrews. We will be in touch with the final agenda as early next week as possible, probably Wednesday.
