I don't believe we experienced anything similar but could the diacmap entry
be incorrect after the upgrade?

Hi there,
This is directed to those who have upgraded to Phase 2 and who
use Millennium.
We at SOAS are experiencing slight problems when printing out a
fines table for fines outstanding for patrons.
It seems that the diacritic symbol for the pound sterling sign prints
instead of the pound sign itself eg {185}1.95 prints instead of £1.95
Has anyone experienced similar?
