Please note that it is not necessary for you to have to contact Ovid directly for a quote. Swets Blackwell can also provide quotations upon request. Best regards, Robert Bley. Last year we went for online-only subscriptions to a Custom 100 collection which was all well and good until we found out that 4 of our 100 are moving to new publishers in 2004. But that's a risk with any publisher-based collection I guess. It's somewhat ironic that we try to persuade editors to move their journals away from big commercial publishers, whilst at the same time having to tie ourselves to online collections from big commercial publishers as the only way to give our users the wide range of online titles that they need. Then when a journal does move to a 'better' publisher we either lose access to it or have to find the money to subscribe to it separately.
