The Career Development Group, North & South Thames Division, is organising a seminar on chartered membership of CILIP on 5th November 2003.

ACCESS: access codes E and A.  Venue with 2-5 steps to meeting area, or split leval access.  Hearing loop system installed.

Marion's talk will cover the whole chartering process, including
 * the changes in the regulations
 * routes A and B
 * the reasons for chartering
 * important papers to include
 * and the forms of submission

and there will be time for questions.  The event is aimed at those who have registered for chartership, or those thinking about registering.

This will also an opportunity to meet your registration liaison officers (RLOs) for the North and South Thames Division, Gerry Power and Wendy Lynwood.  The RLOs are volunteers and members of the divisional Career Development Group (CDG) committee.  They can provide some help and support to chartership candidates.  More details of CDG activities in the Division can be found on the web site at <http://www.careerdevelopmentgroup.org.uk/divisions/norththames.htm>

Some sample completed submissions will be on display at the seminar.

Tea / coffee will be available.

There is no charge for this event.
